What counts as a campaign?
A campaign is a single gifting send — one list of recipients, one gift tier, one ship date. You can run as many campaigns as you need each month.
What happens if I go over my recipient cap?
Overage recipients are billed at $1 per recipient beyond your tier's per-campaign cap. You'll see the count before confirming the send.
What does the platform fee cover?
The platform fee (6%, 4%, or 2% depending on your tier) covers fulfillment orchestration, address validation, preference routing, and mission-card printing. The chocolate itself is billed separately at retail pricing.
Can recipients choose their own bar mix?
On Growth and Enterprise plans, you can enable recipient preferences — each person picks their cocoa %, inclusions (nuts, caramel, sea salt, etc.), and milk/dark/vegan preference.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We route each box through regional fulfillment centers so chocolate arrives fresh. Country availability depends on your plan and order volume — reach out and we'll confirm your destinations.
How does invoice billing work?
Enterprise customers pay by invoice with net-30 terms. We send a detailed invoice after each campaign ships. No credit card needed.
